Terra Irving spoke about Tinsel and Treats.  Only seven sophomores have signed up to help with Elf Camp.  Nine seniors have signed up to help with their activity.  Dr. and Mrs. Lester will perform from 6-8pm.  Ballroom dancers will perform multiple times with the first performance beginning at 6:15pm

-Freshman – Baked goods, asking for these to be homemade and please share major ingredients to avoid allergic reactions

-Sophomore – Elf Camp ages 3-12, $10 fee

-Junior – Trees and wreaths

-Senior – Pictures with Santa and beverages

Costco donated a 9 foot prelit tree along with $500 in merchandise and a free membership to be raffled off at Tinsel and Treats.  The membership deal offered at November’s meeting is still good for global high families and friends until Christmas Eve.  They will have a booth at Tinsel and Treats for people to stop by and purchase those memberships.  Winner need not be present to win.

Volunteers are needed to hand out Tinsel and Treat fliers to people visiting the tour of homes.

There is a tree being decorated with fast food gift cards.  Any donations families might solicit while they are out to eat will be appreciated.

Carinos family dinner night was a success.  The event made between $400 and $500 and it was great PR for WGH.  They want us to come back in January or February for another event.

Spirit store update:  Working on designs for new t-shirts and hoodies.  Store will be open every Friday 11:30 to 1:30 during lunches.

There have been nine new memberships to Costco.  Each membership donates $20 gift card back to the PTO.

Motion was made to move the January PTO meeting to January 14 because the students are not back in school on the normal meeting night.  Motion was seconded and approved.

No other new business was mentioned.

Motion was made to close the meeting.  Motion was seconded and carried and meeting was closed at 8:01p.
